CrowdFunderPro.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a crowdfunding platform operated by Green Ahom Federation, a Section 8 / Section 25 company dedicated to community welfare. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which donations may be canceled or refunded. By using our platform, donors and campaign organizers agree to comply with this policy.

General Policy
CrowdFunderPro.com is a platform that facilitates donations for campaigns related to social welfare, education, healthcare, and community development. Once a donation is processed and successfully transferred to a campaign, it is considered final, unless specified otherwise under special circumstances outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in the following scenarios:
Technical Errors: If a payment is charged due to a technical glitch or duplication.
Fraudulent Transactions: If a donation is made under fraudulent circumstances or unauthorized use of payment information.
Campaign Cancellation by Organizer: If the campaign organizer cancels a campaign before receiving any funds, donors may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
Requests for refunds must be submitted via support@crowdfunderpro.com with details including donor name, donation ID, campaign name, and reason for refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of verification, depending on the payment method and banking procedures.
Refunds are returned to the original payment source (UPI, debit/credit card, wallet, or net banking) used for the donation.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
Donations made to campaigns that have already received funds and are actively used for the intended purpose.
Voluntary contributions to ongoing campaigns, even if the campaign goal is not fully achieved.
Donations affected by currency conversion rates, banking delays, or third-party processing charges.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if the campaign organizer has already received a portion of the donation for legitimate purposes.
Campaign Organizer Responsibilities
Campaign organizers are responsible for maintaining transparency with donors regarding the use of funds. Any disputes between donors and campaign organizers should first be reported to CrowdFunderPro.com, and we will attempt to mediate in good faith.
Security and Verification
All refund requests are verified to prevent fraud. CrowdFunderPro.com reserves the right to refuse refunds if a request is found to be invalid or in violation of platform policies.
Changes to This Policy
CrowdFunderPro.com may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the website with the revised effective date. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
